This serves as an ideal planning period for small gatherings such as intimate dinners, casual catering orders, etc.
Cancellation Policy
General Booking Policies for All Tiers ~ Consultation Requirement: A consultation is required before booking, and all clients must come prepared with a budget range. ~ Consultation Fee: The consultation fee is non-refundable and credited toward your final catering balance if you book our services. ~ Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required for all catering orders, regardless of event size, to secure your booking. ~ Booking Confirmation: Your booking is not confirmed until both the consultation fee and deposit have been paid. ~ Cash Payments: If paying by cash, an in-person meeting is required, and both parties must sign the agreed-upon invoice. Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, to be fair to our team’s time and effort, we have the following cancellation policy in place: ~72 Hours or More Before Consultation: No cancellation fees will be charged. ~24 to 48 Hours Before Consultation: You will be required to pay half of the non-refundable consultation fee to account for the time and preparation invested in your session. ~Less Than 24 Hours Before Consultation: You will be required to pay the full non-refundable consultation fee due to the time and resources What's Included in Your Personalized Consultation?: Standard Event Consultation – $50 {Ideal for small gatherings (up to 30 guests), intimate dinners, and casual catering orders} ~1-hour planning session ~Discuss menu options & dietary preferences ~Logistics & delivery coordination ~Personalized quote provided within a week of consultation ~Non-refundable consultation fee credited toward the final catering balance upon booking
